Employer's Liability Insurance

According to the law every employer has an obligation to insure against his legal liability for accident or occupational disease for every person in his employment. The minimum limits of indemnity are the following:

Α. Limit of indemnity for every employee  €160.000
Β. Limit of indemnity for every event or series of events  €3.415.000
C. Aggregate Limit of indemnity for any Period of Insurance  €5.125.000

If you wish, you may certainly insure for higher limits, by payment of the corresponding premium.

Other than fulfilling your legal obligation, Employer's Liability Insurance relieves you as an employer from the financial consequences of an accident to the viability of your business and helps you promote good industrial relations.

You may effect a separate Employer's Liability policy or if you insure your shop or your office with us, you may include this cover in your Shop or Office policy.
